Agreements:
I understand that my business contact information will be published and I agree that it may be used in the membership directory. I grant permission for LCTC to use and publish my logo in the membership directory. I understand that my personal contact information (signing authority member) is strictly confidential and I understand it will not be sold to an outside third party, nor will it be publicly posted. I understand that each membership includes entry for one person from your organization per meeting. However, we encourage you to commit and register a membership for each representative of your company who would like to participate.
Attention:
By submitting this form, I am agreeing that the information I provide is correct and true. I am pledging to participate in Local Companies That Care, and I am making a commitment to contribute $500 each calendar year ($250 semiannually) to local non-profit organizations serving the City of Saskatoon. If I am unable to attend a meeting, I commit to sending a representative to vote on my behalf by proxy by way of sending a pre-signed cheque or $250 cash. I also acknowledge that photographs and videos taken at events and meetings may include my image and may be used in promotional materials for Local Companies That Care.
